"If you can't be kind, Be quiet"

I am sad to say that several times this week, I have overheard conversations of students "teasing" one another. I want to take a second to remind you that you are not the only one that goes through hard times in your life or rough patches. You never know when you could be delivering a "joking insult" to a classmate at the worst time in their lives. So next time you think about teasing someone, ask yourself "Is this something I would want someone to say to me if I was having a terrible day?"

Be the change you want to see in the world,
Mrs. Nichols

I'm BACCKK in the Saddle agaaainn...

I am so glad to be back!!
I have missed all my students very much
and hoped everyone behaved well for the substitutes!

As you can see, Avery Faith arrived big, beautiful and healthy.
She was born April 7th @ 11:04 am.
She was 8 lbs 4.6 ounces, 20 1/2 inches long.
Just .2 ounces smaller than her big sister was.
So, congratulations to any of the students from Mrs. Betiks' math class that guessed 8lbs!
